Serka is the app of Serka Law Firm for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and the web. Anyone can open a file with the firm in it; the firm’s own lawyers also use it as the office desk.
Opening a file
Open Serka, choose “Open your file” or a matter, and follow the steps: the matter, your details, the facts, your passport page and your documents. The app shows the firm’s fee and how to pay it; after paying, add the bank’s receipt to the same file. The firm writes to you at the e-mail address you gave.
Your file and your data
Your file travels encrypted to the firm and is kept on the firm’s office computer. “Remove from this phone”, on the “Your file” tab, removes a file’s copy from your device. Pairing a phone, for the firm’s lawyers
On the office computer, open Serka, go to Settings, Phones, and choose Pair a phone. In the app, go to Settings, tap “Office sign-in” and scan the code the computer shows. The phone and the desk then talk only to each other.
A lost or replaced phone
Revoke it on the office computer in Settings, Phones; its access ends at once. In the app, Settings, Unpair this phone removes the pairing from the phone itself.
Reminders
On a paired phone, hearings are reminded the evening before and two hours before, deadlines two days before and on the day. Turn them off or on in the app’s Settings.

Serka uygulaması destek
Serka, Serka Hukuk Bürosu’nun iPhone, iPad, Android telefonlar ve web için uygulamasıdır. Herkes bu uygulamayla büroda dosya açabilir; büronun kendi avukatları onu ayrıca büronun masası olarak kullanır.
Dosya açmak
Serka’yı açın, “Dosyanızı açın”ı ya da bir konuyu seçin ve adımları izleyin: konu, bilgileriniz, olaylar, pasaport sayfanız ve belgeleriniz. Uygulama büronun ücretini ve nasıl ödeneceğini gösterir; ödemeden sonra bankanın dekontunu aynı dosyaya ekleyin. Büro size verdiğiniz e-posta adresine yazar.
Dosyanız ve verileriniz
Dosyanız büroya şifreli olarak gider ve büronun bilgisayarında tutulur. “Dosyanız” sekmesindeki “Bu telefondan kaldır”, dosyanın kopyasını cihazınızdan siler. Telefon eşleştirme, büronun avukatları için
Büro bilgisayarında Serka’yı açın, Ayarlar, Telefonlar bölümüne gidin ve Telefon eşleştir’i seçin. Uygulamada Ayarlar’a gidin, “Büro girişi”ne dokunun ve bilgisayarın gösterdiği kodu okutun. Telefon ile masa bundan sonra yalnız birbiriyle konuşur.
Kaybolan ya da değişen telefon
Büro bilgisayarında Ayarlar, Telefonlar bölümünden iptal edin; erişimi hemen biter. Uygulamada Ayarlar, Bu telefonun eşleşmesini kaldır, eşleştirmeyi telefonun kendisinden siler.
Hatırlatmalar
Eşlenmiş telefonda duruşmalar bir önceki akşam ve iki saat önce, süreler iki gün önce ve son gün hatırlatılır. Uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranından açıp kapatabilirsiniz.
